I'm vouching for Grievous here. Grievous has improved by quite a bit since then.

Kit's style is still optimized for combat against an opponent like Grievous, remember. He's improved in skill, but he's still marginally below Kenobi, and I have no reason to believe Kit is any more so.
Even if Grievous could gain an edge in the duel portion, Kit still has the advantage of the Force, which then General remains prone to.
