Maris Brood's Force Cloak ability would be the deciding factor. Maris can stab him while Ahsoka is attacking him.

Ahsoka should be able to give him some trouble in sabers but Kazden has her outmatched in the Force so she is not beating him without Brood, Broods cloak would really come in handy, Ahsoka shouldn't go down easily unless Kazden uses the Force right off the bat and while she distracts him Brood gets to sneak up and end the spider alien thingy
