So, with The Force Unleashed being non-canon, I suppose that means Shaak Ti's once official death is as well. We see in The Clone Wars episode Voices when Yoda travels to Dagobah, Yoda goes in the dark side cave, and sees a vision of Order 66, and other things. One vision of his is Shaak Ti being stabbed in the back while she is meditating by a blue lightsaber, with the person stabbing her clouded and unable to see. I think it's fair to assume this person stabbing Ti is Anakin, and her official death is by Anakin killing her while she is meditating in the Jedi Temple, presumably during Operation: Knightfall. What do you think of this?
