Old Republic: Thanaton... he is such a dick
RoT Sith: Maul (anyone who says a sith that doesn't have material written about them is a complete cop out)
RoO Sith: Sryfe

Sith Empire: Darth Ravage- He is such a pompous prick. He is literally the biggest douche on the Council, and he's apparently racist too.

Brotherhood of Darkness: Qordis- Just... Qordis. He is the biggest douchebag among the Brotherhood's Sith. He engages in ceremonial acts of self mutilation when new apprentices show up at the academy. His ego is so out of proportion that it grows whenever one of his students recites part of the Sith Code. He's willing to throw away powerful apprentices if Kopecz was the one who found them. He was also a greedy asshole, hoarding luxury and treasure and showing it off to others. Everything about him is just unpleasant.

Banite Sith: Darth Gravid- He became obsessed with the Light Side of the Force and destroyed half of the Sith's knowledge with his twerking before his apprentice killed him. Ended up setting the Grand Plan back a few hundred years.

One Sith: Darth Talon- She is the epitome of everything I hate about the One Sith. Her fanatical devotion to Krayt to the point which she would cut her own heart out at his word is something I find to be an absolutely disgusting trait for a Sith to possess. Rather than seeking power and having ambition for herself, she worships Krayt like some sort of Dark Sex God. Her philosophy is something akin to "Krayt is love, Krayt is life."

Huh, then I guess Gravid is my favorite then.

Who the hell doesn't like Darth Talon. Her personality rocks.

1. Not all Sith are crazy murderous sociopaths. Bane only kills when it serves his purposes and believes those who kill for pleasure are barbarous fools

2. I wouldn't like a Sith being obsessed with the light side as much as I wouldn't like a Jedi running around killing people for fun.

3. Gravid is a dumbass. If he's still dedicated to the Sith, but wants to introduce light side philosophies and shit next to the dark stuff, why is he destroying all of the Sith knowledge and setting the Grand Plan back? If he truly turned against the Sith, then exposing them would've worked better than trying to destroy all of the Sith knowledge in front of his apprentice.

1. That really isn't much better. Killing at all is wrong unless it's for self defense.

3. Gravid went to the light side right? Maybe he destroyed all the Sith knowledge so that if others found it they wouldn't turn to the dark side or could learn from it, I don't know. But I agree exposing the Sith would've been more effective to accomplishing whatever his goal was.

I felt it was more like a Bane scenario, where he simply lost faith in the dark side.

lol i'm a little late to the party, but. I'm going with Maul, he has nothing that makes a "remarkable" Villain like say palpatine or Vader. (by nothing i mean personality wise) He's just a tool, with no real goal except revenge. which is so generic and unoriginal. that said he is a badass in the feats and accolades department.

After his re-incarnation in TCW, his personality has expanded massively from what most of you are still stuck hanging on.
