Darth Xaress is a frighteningly powerful sith master that mostly remains secluded from the scheming of the Sith Empire and the Dark Council. Trained on Korriban at a young age, many believed Darth Xaress would be the return of the ancient legends, such as Freedon Nadd and Naga Sadow. After she found the long lost teachings of Darth Nihilus, however, she studied the art of force drain, eventually mastering it to such an extent that she annihilated a Dark Council member with her immense power. She then was stationed on Nar Shaddaa, a message that murdering a dark council member wouldn't go unpunished. Or maybe it was simply that they feared her strength, even drawing comparisons to Darth Nihilus himself...
