Plagueis would win. He's physically superior by a wide margin, and telekinetically superior as well.

Satele's high-tier with energy absorption, so lightning wouldn't matter much, and she does have the cliff feat with her own TK.

Should be a good fight.

Plagueis's incinerating lightning would certainly be of use later in the fight. There's also plenty of reason to believe that her mountain-crumbler was enhanced through absorbing the power of malgus's saber stab. It's been done b4.

Satele doesn't really seem to exceed Plagueis in any area though.

And while she was absorbing a lightsaber blade, it was taking everything she had and she was effectively locked in that position until her boyfriend saved her.

Don't fool yourself, Satele is elite but she isn't remotely on the same caliber as Palpatine and Plagueis.
